RFQ DESIGN
Every organization’s supply chain requirements are unique. Choosing the right service provider is the key to execution of the supply chain strategy. Execution starts with defining the requirements clearly and comprehensively. Increase your operational efficiency, resource utilization and reduction in cost through the right RFQ design.
We help organizations design RFQ (Request for Quotation) for their logistics and warehousing requirements. RFQ document is completely customized and is designed comprehensively to meet the organization’s requirement.
RFQ document helps easy comparison between different service providers. The scope of work is clearly defined thereby removing any kind of ambiguity. Since there is no standard format of quotation that is used by different service providers, it also helps compare the services offered along with commercials for a given requirement.

Load Allocation Planning
SCM Connect offers load allocation planning to its customers at both strategic level as well as operational level.
At strategic level, we provide a macro picture of selecting a particular service provider from the RFQ results along with the recommendations.
At operational level, we recommend the load to be allocated to a particular service provider depending on the attributes of each load factor. We also take into account the objective of the load allocation based on Lowest Cost | Best Service | Trial load etc.
This helps reduce dependence on manual allocation of loads thereby optimizing the supply chain costs for each load factor
